Fern View Apartments is a residential community in Alexandria, Louisiana. In May 2026 it became a first for the city: a quadruped robot joined the neighborhood's security patrol.
Our M20 quadruped patrols the property on a schedule — parking lots, walkways, entrances — covering the ground between fixed camera views and putting a visible presence on the property during the hours that are hardest to staff.
The robot doesn't replace anyone. It watches, records, and reports to people, and a human is always in the loop on anything it flags. What residents get is simple: more eyes on the property, more hours of the night covered.
We deploy, operate, and maintain the robots as a service — Fern View didn't buy hardware or hire robotics staff. Local news noticed within the week.
